This philosophy is fundamental to our ?values and our responsibility to leave the world in a better place. ?
We are proud of our people. We encourage employees to think big, ask the hard questions and challenge conventional thinking – without the fear of failure. Great ideas come to life when people can share their talents and ideas openly. That's why we are committed to creating a culture of respect and acceptance where every Emerson employee - and their innovative ideas - can thrive.
"Starting within our own walls and extending out into our communities, creating a culture where all people can do their best work is core to living our Emerson values and leaving the world in a better place."?

We recruit candidates for our MBA Leadership Program through our partnership with the Consortium for Graduate Study in Management, the nation’s largest diversity network which seeks to reduce the underrepresentation of African Americans, Native Americans and Hispanic Americans in education and business by linking corporate partners with top-tier students.
Emerson was one of the first companies to become a Consortium corporate partner and participation has become a cornerstone of our MBA program. We regularly attend Consortium-sponsored job fairs and conducts interviews at their annual conference.
We apply the best technology and greatest human talent to benefit our customers and the world.
We are committed to being active residents in the communities we call home.
Emerson is ranked among the leading companies in the United States and across the globe – but don’t just take our word for it.
